A relation is a set of ordered pairs. An example of a relation is a set of points. This system of locating is also referred to as the ‘Cartesian plane’. Read where the name comes from here.
Use these exercises to practice plotting with x y coordinates.
Click on the polygon tool (triangle). Click on the correct coordinates to plot a point. If you put a point in the wrong place you can either start again, or keep going until you’re done then use the arrow tool to move points to the right place. Start and finish each polygon at point A.
